Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were outdated and the shower was very small, but they were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. However, they were not well-maintained and did not reflect the value for the money I paid. The service was lacking in responsiveness to issues like mold but was friendly and helpful overall. The location was interesting, though unclean and cramped in a low rent way. Dining options were limited and not up to standard, but the hotel had some extraordinary dishes. Facilities were subpar. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel's location is beautiful, right across the street from the fairgrounds, but the service was disappointing, as the staff were rude and disrespectful at the beginning of opening hours. The rooms, though clean, had a bad smell and some uncleaned areas. The dining experience was adequate but lacked variety in choices.
I had a memorable stay at this hotel. While the rooms were a bit grim, dark, and dated, they were clean and wiped down. The service was a mixed bag with some welcoming and accommodating staff but others outside smoking which was concerning. The location was convenient to downtown and the wedding venue, despite some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was disappointing with limited options and late breakfast timing. Overall, the price seemed high for the area, but the convenience to downtown was a plus.
